This is that signature dramatic yell from Re:Zero, kind of a stretched out 'whoaaayeeeaaayaaai' sound. It's the type of thing characters belt out when something intense is going down in the anime, so it works pretty well for comedy edits or when you need that over-the-top reaction moment.
