This is one of those sounds where you’re genuinely not sure what you’re looking at. Could be a weird vocal thing, could be some random noise somebody found and thought was interesting enough to upload. Either way it’s got that vague, confusing energy that works when you need something that doesn’t quite fit anywhere else.
